How do renters pay rent online?

Dragon Rental integrates with Bhutan's RMA-certified payment gateway. Renters log in to their dedicated portal and pay securely using their bank account or mobile wallet. Payments appear in your dashboard instantly.

How do I get started?

Click Get Started Free at the top of this page. Enter your company name and choose a unique subdomain. Your account is created instantly — no credit card, no waiting. You can add your first building within minutes.

What is the renter portal?

Every account includes a self-service renter portal. Renters access it at yoursubdomain.rental.dcpl.bt/portal/login to view lease details, check payment history, and pay rent online. You give them credentials when creating their lease.

Can multiple staff members use one account?

Yes. You can invite unlimited team members and assign them Admin or Member roles. Admins have full access; Members can view and manage day-to-day operations without accessing settings or billing.

Is my data safe and isolated?

Absolutely. Each account's data is completely isolated — your buildings, renters, and payments are never visible to other accounts. Passwords are bcrypt-hashed, all traffic is over HTTPS, and logins are rate-limited against brute-force attacks.

What reports are included?

Dragon Rental includes four built-in reports with visual charts: Occupancy by Building, Revenue (collected vs. expected), Late Payments (by aging bucket: 0–30, 30–60, 60+ days), and Lease Pipeline (leases expiring in 30/60/90 days).

What is the Admin Login on this page for?
